Main Idea

To restore residential use in this area of the city by providing housing for diverse population groups, along with public spaces that complement and enhance the urban environment.

The project proposes a mix of housing typologies with varying sizes and conditions, designed for diverse user groups, along with the integration of the existing population. It incorporates areas for productive activities and urban services, as well as the provision of public space for the intervention area and neighboring sectors with existing deficits.
